Summer Nature Programs
June 13th @ 10 am - 3 pm
Especially for children who are entering K-6th grades. Come to one date or many. A different nature theme each time. Includes indoor and outdoor activities. Please call ahead as space is limited, 218-998-4480. Dress for the weather as we go outside rain or shine. Thanks!

Lunch & Learn: Customer Service

"At Your Service - Customer Service Training"
Get ready for summer visitors and ramp up your customer service skills. The goal of this program is to help participants learn to work more effectively with their customers. This workshop sets a solid foundation for participants to build on, and gives practical ideas that can be put to work right away.
Training Course Goals:
You will understand the foundations of customer service.
You will gain enthusiasm, confidence, and commitment to provide superior service to all customers.
You will practice customer service skills, build knowledge and write a personal action plan to apply these to your job
You will increase your awareness of culture and how it affects customer service, both for the service provider and for your customers.
Jean Bowman, Visit Fergus Falls, is a certified customer service trainer and will lead this training session.
This customer service training course was developed by the University of Minnesota Tourism Center for anyone who comes into contact with visitors and customers. Customers may be vendors, peers or consumers. Everyone interested in improving their customer service skills is invited to participate.

2019 Day Camp
June 15th @ 10 am - 4 pm
Oxcart Trails Day camp is gearing up and will be an amazing time! We will have BB guns, Archery, crafts, and all sorts of adventures to start your summer right. Registration is NOW OPEN. Fees for day camp are $38 per Scout before April 15, 2019. After April 15 it will be $45 per scout. Your Cub Scout will come home with a great day of memories, plus a lot of stuff to remember the day. Registration comes with a T-shirt and a Patch!
