  • We’ll teach you how to tap a tree.
  • There will be examples of different ways to collect sap.
  • You can visit the new sugar shack and see how the evaporator works.
  • We’ll show you how the Native Americans and early settlers cooked their maple sap.
  • For your enjoyment there will be horse drawn wagon rides.
  • We will treat you to a taste of maple syrup on top of ice cream.
  • If you have more time you can try to find the hidden maple leaves by using a GPS.
  • Get some exercise and take a hike around Cataract Lake or to the top of Hallaway Hill.
  • Over the lunch hour brats and hot dogs will be available for sale.
  • Maple syrup will also be for sale.
