Healthy Turmeric Latte
Turmeric has a number of uses and health benefits, from easing inflammation to increasing circulation to protecting the heart and brain

1 cup of milk (both dairy and non-dairy varieties work)
!/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
!/2 tablespoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Maple syrup or honey to taste
Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until combined.
Turn the heat to medium high and whisk vigorously until it begins to foam--but never allow it to boil.
When the thickness is to your liking, remove from the heat and pour into a mug.
