What You Need:
6 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
8 cardamom pods
Handful of fresh sage leaves
Handful of fresh mint leaves
In a medium sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add in the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods and cloves to the pot, and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and add in the sage and mint. Cover it and let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
Strain the mixture and serve hot.
You can add honey if you desire a bit of sweetness, but skip the refined sugar to ensure the integrity of the immune boosting properties.
