1882 C.J. Wright House

1882 C.J. Wright House

Scattered throughout Fergus Falls are several historic houses that always catch people’s attention. Inevitably questions and comments arise. Who owns these homes? What is the history behind them? Can you imagine the maintenance involves in keeping them up? We will answer these questions as three historic homeowners in Fergus Falls tell their stories about the joys and perils of owning these local treasures. Included in the program are Jona Brown owner of the 1882 C.J. Wright House, Scot and Deb Nelson, owners of the 1883 Cowing House, and Jeff and Deb Bachmann, owners of the 1914 Christianson House.

Join us for this engaging and often humorour look at historic house ownership in Fergus Falls. For more information contact the Otter Tail County Historical Society at 218-736-6038.

This program is being presented free of charge.
