Earl grey tea with its bergamot orange infused flavor is mixed with fresh lemonade for a tart, tangy, delicious drink

  • 4 Earl Grey teabags

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)


  1. Add the tea bags to a heatproof jug. Pour over 4 cups boiling water and allow to steep for 4-5 minutes then remove teabags.

  2. Stir in the honey so it can melt in the hot liquid, allow to cool.

  3. Once cooled, stir in the lemon juice and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter.

  4. Pour over ice, garnish with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint.
